He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon A. B. and Anna M. Miller (Hostetler); and his sister Orpha Miller. He is survived by: his wife Nettie O. Nisley; his children, Laura Jean Miller of Shipshewana, Lena Jane Knepp (Devon) of Shipshewana, Doreen Kay Mast (Ivan) of Shipshewana, Darla Fern Beechy (Devon) of Shipshewana, Leon C. Miller (Wanda) of Shipshewana, LaVon C. Miller (Miranda) of Shipshewana and Leland C. Miller (Anna Marie) of Sturgis, MI; and his siblings, Esther Miller of Shipshewana, Laverda Miller of Shipshewana, Nettie Miller (Orville) of Shipshewana, Orva Miller (Mary) of LaGrange, Mahlon Miller (Mary) of Howe and Wilbur Miller (Deb) of Shipshewana. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Family's Residence (2915 N 1000 W, Shipshewana, IN 46565). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Leon Miller Residence (2865 N 1000 W, Shipshewana, IN 46565). A burial was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at the Naylor Cemetery (10625 W 250 N, Shipshewana, IN 46565).
