He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison Wendell "Jack" Millikan and C. Majorie Millikan (Doty). He is survived by: his son Bradley J. Millikan (Pam) of Kempton; his brothers, Steven A. Millikan (Lynda) of Anderson and Jeff Millikan of Sheridan; his half-brothers, Michael Inman (Crystal) of Sheridan and Faron Inman of Noblesville; and his former wife Terri L. Millikan (Teter).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to organizations focusing on Alzheimer's research.
