He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Herbert and Eunice Mae Armfield (Paxton); and his girlfriend Carol Ann Pulley. He is survived by: his sister Dorothy K. Waitt of Logansport; his nephews, Kenneth Waitt (Michelle) of Cicero and Kent Alan Waitt (Brenda) of Sheridan; his great-nieces, Kristine Chapman (Eric) of Windfall, Kayla Tobias (Jacob) of Sheridan, Kelsie McFauls (Tyler) of Fithian and Katie Waitt of Cicero; and also, Caleb Chapman, Jake Chapman, Sammy Chapman, Kadence Tobias, Kenzie Tobias, Kayley Tobias and Chloe Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the Sheridan Rotary Club Steve's family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to Brooke and Janie, as well as the nurses and staff of both Compasus Hospice and Wellbrooke of Kokomo, for the amazing care that he received.
