Hottinger (Andy) of Sheridan; his granddaughters, Tasha Van Middles Worth (Joe) of Sheridan and Stephanie Smith of Westfield; his great grandchildren, Justice and Tatum; his siblings, Charlie Smith of Beecher City and Nadine Deal; and his wife Glenda L. Smith (Outhouse). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
