It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Jane Waitt of Sheridan, Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Taylor (White) and Odus Taylor; her brother Dan M. Waitt; her daughter-in-law Tracy Waitt; her brothers, Richard and Raymond Taylor; and her great grandchild Adeline Kilpatrick.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Paul Waitt; her children, Marylee Pound (David) of Indianapolis, Tom Waitt (Sally) of Sheridan, Reid Waitt (Kim) of Raleigh, NC, Susan Gossard (Alan) of Sheridan and John Waitt (Karla) of Sheridan; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Waitt of Aurora, IL.; and her great grandchildren, Ava Waitt, Merritt Kilpatrick, Oaks Kilpatrick, Max Gossard and Joe Gossard. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
