He was predeceased by: his father William Hash (Bill); his nephew Emerson Knox Hash; and his grandparents, Arthur Carver, Golda Carver, Thomas Hash and Leona Hash.
He is survived by: his children, Rebekah Percival Clark and Becky Clark (Troy); his grandchildren, Justin, Thomas and Torry; his mother Laquota Ann Hash; and his siblings, Ron Burton (Brenda), Randy Burton (Brenda), Rhonda Burton and Rosey Burton (Tim). He is also survived by five nephews, two nieces, and one great niece.
