She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ramey and Carol Ramey (Bedford); her husband Robert Mullins; her daughter Miranda Dwigans; and her siblings, Rose Brown, Carolyn Singletary and James Earl Ramey.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Mullins (Tiffany) of Kissimmee, FL and Justin Mullins (Michelle) of Camarillo, CA. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
