It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Stephenson of Sheridan, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Bud" Stephenson and Melba Catherine Stephenson (Young). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Rhea Harlan (George); his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Walters (Marissa), George Harlan, Jr. and Jennifer Walters; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kylee Harlan, Grant Harlan, Aiden Harlan, Matt Walters, Mariah Walters and Austin Burris; his nephew Micah I. Carr of Pendleton; his pet Mandy; his close friend Linda Bailey (Ogle); his sister Marsha Kay Carr; his stepdaughter Lenna Sanders; and his pets, Callie and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the American Cancer Society, or to the Epilepsy Foundation of America.
