She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Zell Lewis; and her siblings, Ronnie Lewis, Wayne Lewis, Ima Lewis, Brenda Lewis and Betsy Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Kramer; her grandson Chris Green (Critter); her children, James Crusenberry (Jenny), Andrea Green (Rick), Misti Wessel (Bruce) and Angel LaFave (Pat); her grandchildren, Miranda Brown (Daniel), Tara Heck (Brian), Tiffany Crusenberry, Brian Crusenberry (Tiffanie), Haylee Hannon, Ricky Hannon, Brayden Wessel, Heather Dowell, Stephanie Dowell, Corey Harvey, Stephanie Harvey and Tommy Whicker; and her siblings, Patricia Cox, Wilma Jean Woods, Betty Jo Wilson, Carolyn Kercheval and Bob Lewis.
