She was predeceased by: her husband Chris Wallace; her stepfather Jack Miller; and her nephew Brett Tolley. She is survived by: her parents, Nancy Miller of Sheridan and Jon Tolley Lafayette (Anne); her brothers, Tim Tolley (Karen) of Urbana, Mark Tolley (Laura) and Matt Tolley (Debby); and her stepdaughters, Jessica and Jamie Wallace. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hamilton County Humane Society or Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
