She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Raymond and Mary Koch. She is survived by: her parents, Tom Koch and Katie Koch; her siblings, Helen G. Koch and Adam M. Koch; and her grandparents, Paul and Diane Pugal. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
