He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Cooper and Eula Mae Cooper (Carter). He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Wade Cooper (Shirlee) of Sheridan, Sharon Elaine Hodson of Westfield and Clara Z. Freeman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
