She is survived by: her mother Ellen Herbert (Dickson); her significant other Dale E. Musgrove; her children, Dale Michael Musgrove (Claire) of Noblesville, Meggan Clifton (Lloyd) of Sheridan, Elizabeth Lehman (Ryan) of Columbus and Emily Engle (Eric) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Eric Clifton, Taryn Clifton, Teddy Musgrove, Elijah Engle and Hazel Musgrove; and her siblings, Mike Herbert (Anna) of Sheridan, Bobby Herbert (Rose) of Indianapolis, Sally Reese (Bill) of Cincinnati and Sandy Faucett (Rick) of Sheridan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to either MAMA's Cupboard or to the Sheridan Horseshoe League.
