He was predeceased by: his parents, John Warren and Ruby Hiatt (Baker) of Sheridan, Indiana.; and his brothers, Donald Hiatt (Barbara) and Jacob Hiatt. He is survived by: his wife Donita Hiatt (Myers); and his children, Lottie Cook (Mike), Dona Carlisle (Leotha), Tony Hiatt (Sharon) and Dale Hiatt (Jackie). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
