He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Harris; his parents, Ottis Bilby and Ruby Bilby of Sheridan; and his sister Esther Bailey. He is survived by: his son Steven; and his granddaughters, Sarah (Los Angeles), Mary Grace (Chicago) and Jane (Austin).
Due to limitations imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, regrettably, no visitors were allowed.
