He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Jenkins and Kathryn Jenkins (Lerch). He is survived by: his wife Linda Jenkins (Riggs); his children, Annette Donovan (Joseph) of Frankfort, Brent Jenkins (Jennifer) of Pendleton, Stacy Jenkins of Wenzhou and Katricia Sanchez (David) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Brayton, Brianna, Gentry and Natalia; and his sister Rebecca Wilson (Bishop Harrell) of Sheridan. He is also survived by several extended family members and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to The Bible Church in c/o the AED fund.
