Harold Pitts Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2025, at the age of 93, Harold Pitts of Sheridan, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Milton and Rowena Mae Pitts (Dell); his wife Marcia Lee Pitts (Fancher); his son Gregory Allan Pitts; and his girlfriend Rebecca "Becky" Mendenhall.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles David Pitts of Sheridan and Jeffrey Lynn Pitts (Kathy) of Atlanta; his granddaughters, Megan McGuire (Mathew) of Atlanta and Meredith Cripe (Andrew) of Sheridan; and his great grandchildren, Ashtyn, Grant, Jackson, Madelyn and Jacob.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sheridan First Christian Church (107 W 3rd St, Sheridan, IN 46069). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the Sheridan First Christian Church, P.O. Box 111, Sheridan, Indiana 46069.
