He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Payne-Delph (Duchemin); his sons, Bill Delph of Atlanta and Dan Delph (Robbi) of Tipton; his stepchildren, Johnny Payne (Lori), Brian Payne (Elizabeth) and Angie Barnard (Phil) of Beech Grove; his grandchildren, Derrick, Dawn, Jennifer, Isabel, Jackson, Kasey, Brody, Riley and Samuel; his sister Diana Gunkel (David "Skip") of Tipton; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Starrett of Cicero and Shirley Delph of Arcadia.
