It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred Kinkead of Sheridan, Indiana, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Kinkead and Minnie Kinkead (Parks); his siblings, Mary Jane Adams, Charles Kinkead, Robert Kinkead, Harold Kinkead, Ray Kinkead, Ralph Kinkead, Wilbur Kinkead, Bill Kinkead, Richard Kinkead and Jimmy Kinkead; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Rich and Larry Rich.

He is survived by: his children, Frederick, Robbie Kinkead (Michelle) of Sheridan, Barbara J. Roberts (Mike Decker) of Westfield and Kathy Goodnight (Brian) of Westfield; his grandchildren, Melissa Kinkead-Stern, Kim Kinkead-Jones, Rodney Kinkead, Brad Roberts (Sarah), Jared Roberts (Nicole), Adam Goodnight (Lisa) and Shelby Goodnight-Geist (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Paige Popejoy (Jared), Jada Neff, Taylor Stern, Brenden Jones (Rebecca), Blake Jones, Kara Jones, Elijah Kinkead, Isaiah Kinkead, Maddie Roberts, Clay Roberts, Kherington Roberts, Ellie Roberts, Marleigh Roberts, Cohen Roberts, Jameson Goodnight, Beckett Goodnight and Baby Geist; his great great grandchild Dutton Popejoy; his grandchildren, Holden Henderson and Christopher Mourey; and his siblings-in-law, William Rich of Noblesville, Linda Thompson (Otis) of Somerset, Linda Rich of Westfield and Shirley Kinkead of Sheridan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the Sons of the American Legion, K.V. Elliott Post 67, Sheridan, Indiana.
