Eva Grinstead Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eva Grinstead of Sheridan, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 26, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cowell and Bernadine Cowell (Thompson); and her siblings, Jeffery Cowell and Connie Langston. She is survived by: her husband Barton Grinstead; her children, Andrew Grinstead (Vickie) and Bethanie Trometer (Gus); her grandchildren, Lindsey Pearsall (Brendan), Brock Grinstead (Jen), Bond Trometer and Lyric Trometer; her sister Mona Ruby; and her caregivers, Aleta, Bethanie, Tami, Terra and Wanetta.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sheridan First United Methodist Church (207 E 2nd St, Sheridan, IN 46069). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Eva's memory may be made to the Sheridan United Methodist Church, 207 E. Second Street, Sheridan, Indiana 46069.
