She is survived by: her husband Jay Warren Hammack; her children, Jeff Hammack of Indianapolis, Roger Hammack of Sheridan, Chris Hammack of Indianapolis and Becky Aldred (Mike) of Sheridan; her grandchildren, Andrew Aldred (Amy) of Angola, Diana Aldred Griffin (Matthew) of Westfield, Heather Hammack of Indianapolis and Ryne Hammack of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Ellie and Quinn Aldred; and her sister Margaret Edrington of Lapel.
