It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald William Mendenhall (Sheridan, Indiana), who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Mendenhall and Mary Mendenhall (Pickett); his wife Roberta Mae Mendenhall (Cottingham); and his siblings, Louise Hines, Howard "Joe" Mendenhall, George Mendenhall and Harold "Red" Mendenhall.
He is survived by: his children, Neil Mendenhall (Pamela), Mark Mendenhall (Roberta), Marcia Pettigrew (Allen), Ann Granville (Ronald) and Nancy Cain (Mitchell).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Crown Pointe Assisted Living, 610 Crown Pointe Drive, Lebanon, Indiana 46052; or, Sheridan United Methodist Church, 207 E. 2nd Street, Sheridan, Indiana 46069, in memory of Donald and Roberta (Bobbie) Mendenhall.
