He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Bernice Johnson, Clem and Mary Derleth; and his uncle Allen Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Hansen; his parents, Deborah Johnson (Duane) of Greentown and Michael Derleth (Angela) of Columbus; his brother Carl Johnson (Christina) of Hemlock; his nieces, Sherri Swanson (Matthew) of LaHarpe and Shelbie Damewood (Cody) of Sharpsville; his parents-in-law, Teri Hendrix (Dan) and Tim Hansen (Nicole); his pets, Oscar the cat, Louie, Nemo and Rosie; and his best friends, Alan Jimenez and Quintin Harlan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, great niece, great nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
