He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren L. "Warnie" and Judith Lynn "Tiny" Buzan (Harshman). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kaye Roberts; his stepson Christopher A. Phillips (Meghin) of Sheridan; his stepgrandchildren, Finley Phillips and Hadley Phillips; his nephew William Brandon Forbush; his nieces, Morgan Jo Forbush-Bess (Jade) and Lindsay Jay Forbush-Gilbert (Will); his great-nephews, Jayden Gilbert and Madox Gilbert; and his sister Tammy Lynn Buzan-Forbush (Hoppy) of Sheridan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to either the Pickard Masonic Lodge F&AM #690, or to the Sheridan Church of God.
