He is survived by: his parents, Rush J Smith II and Gina Gubocki; his siblings, David Gubocki (Jennifer), Kristen Falzone (Christopher), Bryce Williams, Zac Smith and Graftin Gubocki (Anna); his grandparents, Clem "Poppy", Eve "Babi" Cook and Rosie Wright (Rodney); his aunts and uncles, Michelle "Auntie M" White, Bill Jones, Joseph Gubocki, Montive Darnell (Bill), Amy Hickson (Wesley) and Abby (Rob); and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins, he also leaves behind his family.
