She was predeceased by: her parents, Elza Ernest and Maxine Marie Mossburg (Hayworth); her stepson Timothy McElroy; her nephew William Dee Goodnight; and her brother-in-law Lowell Goodnight.
She is survived by: her husband David Wayne McElroy; her sons, Greg Gary (Ronda) of Cicero and Michael Gary (Fawn) of Muncie; and her siblings, Kenneth E. Mossburg of Kokomo and Caroline J. Goodnight of Sheridan.
Memorial contributions may be presented to either the Alzheimer's Association, or to the Ladies' Auxiliary for the K.V. Elliott American Legion Post 67.
