He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Kennedy and Dora Kennedy (Wilemon); and his granddaughter Heather. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Kennedy (Watson); his daughters, Elizabeth Kennedy of Greensburg, Patricia Phelps (Jameson) of Shelbyville and Sharon Johnson (Bobby) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Joshua, Josiah, Derek, Matthew, Adam and Cierra; his great grandchild Violet; and his sisters, Mary and Ann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
