It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda K Blocher of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Vernon Ginn and Mammie Ruth Ginn (Ramsey); her spouse Russell Allan Blocher; and her stepmother Florence Ginn (Cox). She is survived by: her children, Kathy Blocher Lytle (Joseph) of Flat Rock, Brent Blocher (Cheryl) of Shelbyville and Thomas Blocher (Anna) of Waldron; her siblings, Marvin L. Ginn of Anderson and Carolyn S. Hudgins Ginn of Shelbyville; and her stepbrothers, James F. Cheek and Robert W. Cheek, Sr..
