She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Fields and Dorothy Fields (McPherson); her husband Chester Irvin Stone; her daughter Christy Sue Stone; and her brother Larry Fields.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia "Cyd" Kladden of Indianapolis, Cheryl "Sherry" Stone (Greg Hudson) of Shelbyville and Aimee A. Shoopman (Scott) of Georgetown, Texas; her sister-in-law Elise Fields of Indianapolis; her sister Sue Walters (John) of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Zak (Alicia), Kerry, Erin (Josh), Kaitlan (Trevor), Dan and Brooke (Shane). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
