We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2023, at the age of 61, Teresa A. Ramsey of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Westfall and Carolyn Westfall (Pacely); and her siblings, Debbie Redenbaugh, Francie White and Billy Craig.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph T. "Todd" Ramsey; her children, Andy Ramsey (LeAnne) of Edinburgh and Anna Ramsey (Cory Brand) of Shelbyville; her sisters, Darla Groeninger (Bud) of Evansville and Tonya Philpott (Eddie) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Maddilynn, Hunter, Jethro, Beau, Huxley, Olivia, Frankie, Corbyn, Max and Koda; her brother-in-law Gerald Redenbaugh; and her pet Mazie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
