Campbell; his daughters, Teresa Miller of Shelbyville, IN and Laura Campbell of Shelbyville, IN; his grandchildren, Nicole Bowman (Scott) of Indianapolis, IN, Shawn Miller of Indianapolis, IN and Brandon Miller of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Kenneth Campbell (Roberta) of Burkeville, KY and Kathy Caldwell (Robert) of Connersville, IN; his aunt Mary Morris of Morristown, IN; and his uncle Dale Morris (Nina) of Gosport, IN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
