He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Harms and Ariana Harms (Eckstein); his wife Mary Rose Harms (Golob); and his siblings, Gary, Jay and Sandy.
He is survived by: his daughter Amber Stafford (Adam); his stepdaughters, Jolinda Smiar (Pat) and Tanjanna Skinner (Abe); his grandchildren, Tantania Skinner, Cordell Skinner, Karen Smiar, Anthony Stafford and Arianna Stafford; and his sister Ginny.
