She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Lutes; her children, Doug Lutes (Monica) of Shelbyville and Christy Denk (David) of Shelbyville; and her siblings, Michael Holbrook (Carole) of Franklin, Jon Holbrook (Trudy) of Greenwood and Donna Stutz (Larry) of Columbus. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
