It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Rasche of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Shelby, Indiana, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Richard F. Rasche. She is survived by: her daughters, Maud Kuhn (Winkler) and Cheryl Cantrell of Ft. Sumner; her daughter-in-law Peggy Rasche; her granddaughters, Jaime Willis (Brian) and Lindsey Rasche; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Hill, Brianna Willis and Makayla Schutt; her son David Rasche; her grandson Michael Anthony Cantrell; her son-in-law Mike Cantrell; and her brother Eugene Kuhn.
