With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny Sue Smelser of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Tipton, Indiana, who passed away on October 22, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lord and Mary Ellen Lord (Small). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Smelser; her children, James Tweedy (Beth) of Shelbyville, Holly Shrader (Barry) of Shelbyville and Heather Smelser of Greenwood; her sister Terri Sue St. John (Terry) of Muncie; her grandchildren, Shayne, Drew, Zach, Jordan, Tyler, Brayden, Tawny and Ashlyn; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Sam and Olivia.
