She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sweet and Jackie Kelly (Hill); her husband Paul Bullard; her stepbrothers, Steve and Bobby Singletonn; her siblings-in-law, Neal Bullard, Donald Paton and Judy Kay Wilkinson; and her niece Margie Gearhart.
She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Rogian; her grandson Matthew Rogian; her sisters, Vicki Fletcher and Peggy Jo Bowers (Danny); her stepsiblings, Peggy Lane (Dean), Lori Brooks, Kathy Cox (Glenn) and Mike Kelly; her siblings-in-law, Lettie Paton, Tess Williams and Garry Bullard; and her nieces and nephews, Heather Culbreath, Dorothy Morton, Lani Tielking (Robert), Gorgenia Ralph (Cary), Pete Paton (Kelly), Joshua Fischer (Rachel) and Brad Fischer (Amanda). She is also survived by family and many friends.
