He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hendrickson and Etta Hendrickson (Rush). He is survived by: his children, Todd Hendrickson (Leslie Benson), Leigh Ann Vorhies (Jeff Ripley) and Phillip Hendrickson (Angie); his grandchildren, Kristofer, Jessica, Brooke, Casey, Alexandria and Ross; and his great grandchildren, Kacen, Kyler, Stella, Trace, Ava, Emery, Daxton and Grayson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
