We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2023, at the age of 96, Paul J. Gobel of Shelbyville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Thomas Gobel and Cora Gobel (Rutherford); his wife Doris Marie Gobel (Clark); his son Mark Gobel; and his granddaughter Briana Springman.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Gobel (Alyce) of Shelbyville and Don Gobel of Shelbyville; his daughter-in-law Kerri Laird (Tony) of Manilla; his caregiver Peggy Fagel of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Aaron Gobel (Theresa) and Tara Griffith; his great grandchildren, Kyra Springman, Parker Springman, Abby Gobel, Alex Gobel and Micah Price (Adam); and his great great grandchild Clara Jane Price.
