It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Jean Engle Woollen of Shelbyville, Indiana, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Hunnell and Charlotte Hunnell (Zike); her spouse Kay N. Woollen; and her brother Charlie Bill Hunnell. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Moeller of Shelbyville, Deborah Robinson (David) of Grand Rapids, Susan Hutson (Michael) of Indianapolis, Elizabeth Woollen of Norman, Jenny Bittick (Don) of Franklin, Annette Woollen McCorquodale (David) of Avon and Angela Woollen (Tyson) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Tara Brown, Damon McFarland (Devon), Barry Robinson (Marcie), Dana Meyer (Chris), Sarah Gregory (Ryan), Rebekah Eisfelder (Nathan), Megan Smith, Ben Smith (Alexis), Kyle Smith, Joan Redmon (Bill), Jaclyn Bittick, John Bittick, Colin McCorquodale and Ava McCorquodale; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Brown, Gavin Brown, Gia McFarland, Elle McFarland, Lilly Redmon, Abram Redmon, Eliyanah Eisfelder, Michael Eisfelder, Gwen Meyer, Everly Meyer, Declan Meyer, Jayden Smith, Hudson Smith and Rhett Gregory.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel (819 S Harrison St, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
