He is survived by: his son John Meltzer of Shelbyville; his stepson James Campbell (Talitha) of Waldron; his sister Melissa Noel of Shelbyville; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Xander and Ella; his niece Jasmine Hook (Dillon) of Shelbyville; his great-niece Ivy; and his great-nephew Nash.
