She is survived by: her son Kim B. "Skip" Self (Tracy) of Shelbyville; her grandsons, Ryan Timmons (Michele), Justin Self (Krystal) and Kyler Self; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Rylyn, Ella Grace, Kaitlyn, Jorden, Braydon, Elijah and Naomi; and her children, Kathy, Keith and Kevin.
