We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022, at the age of 93, Louella May Burkert of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Nashville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father George Hunley; and her brother George Hunley. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Leslie Burkert; and her siblings, Margaret Patterson of Morgantown, Shirley Falls of Lebanon and Wilbur Henley of Carmel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
