She was predeceased by: her parents, Cassius M. Bennett and Maude Ellen Bennett (Jenkins); and her brothers, Sherman Jenkins and Cassius George Bennett. She is survived by: her children, Thad Brewer (Trudy), Kinsey R. Brewer (Misty) and Yvonne B. Saunders (David); her grandchildren, Michael Brewer, Bridgett Brewer, Domnik Saunders and Rebecca Hurley; her great grandchildren, Imari Brewer, Riley Williams, Rachel Williams, Braxton Brewer and Benjamin Wilder; and her sisters, Doris Henry and Marlene Terrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
