She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Morrison and Vera Maxine Morrison (King); her half-siblings, Nedra Johnson and Gayle Morrison; her stepbrothers, Ron Tressler and Jack Tressler; and her half-siblings, Joel Tressler and Mary Hollingshead.

She is survived by: her husband Dwain Alexander; her children, Michele Callahan (Craig) of Indianapolis, Curtis Alexander of Shelbyville and Brendan Alexander (Lori Stiers) of Shelbyville; and her siblings, John Tressler of Fairland, Anita Nauert, Sarah Stoops and Candace Morrison. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
