She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Earl Rouse and Ernestine Rouse (Cutter). She is survived by: her children, Bill Riggs (Kido) of Aurora, Bob Riggs (Suzanne) of Oakdale and Janet Moulton (Charles) of Greensburg; her stepchildren, Kent Neeb (Lisa) of Shelbyville and Mary Kay McCauley (Ray) of Lafayette; and her siblings, Evelyn Reed of Nebraska, Nancy Holt of Ohio and John Rouse (Diane) of Greyslake, Illinois. She is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 2 step granddaughters and several great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
