He is survived by: his parents, Scott B. Smothers (Kimberly) and Christina Adams (Clouse); his wife Kitty M. Smothers (Williamson); his children, Joshua S. Smothers, Jr. and Haylee "Elise" Smothers; his siblings, Justin Smothers (Amy) and Tasha Smothers (Wade Hook); and his stepsisters, Savannah and Tyia. He is also survived by 6 nieces and 3 nephews; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Murphy - Parks Funeral Services (703 S Harrison St, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
