It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E Stieneker of Shelbyville, Indiana, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell W. Stieneker and Dorothea M. Stieneker (Eckstein); his brother John; and his grandson Nathan Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Ann Stieneker (Payne); his daughters, Amy Gibson (Kevin), Traci Foltz (Jason) and Kimberly Rains (Mark); his grandchildren, Shelby Gibson, Jennah Foltz, Luke Foltz, Jacob Rains and Julianna Rains; his siblings, Phillip Stieneker (Billie) and Catherine Creel; his siblings-in-law, Karen Stieneker, Doug Payne (Lori) and Dan Payne; and his aunt Loretta Eckstein. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
