He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Toon and Frances Toon (Bass); and his brother James C. Toon. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Wilson; his children, Janet Richardson (Scott) of Shelbyville and Tim Toon of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Alex Richardson, J. D. Richardson (Liza) and Daniel Richardson; and his pet Frisky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
