He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Freeman and Marie Freeman (Bolton); his son Mark Freeman; his grandson Matthew Freeman; and his sister Maxine Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Freeman (Kopp); his children, Paul Freeman (Valerie), Philip Freeman and Theresa Griffin (Frank); his grandchildren, Ted Freeman, Ben Freeman (Silvana), Tim Freeman (Marissa), Philip Wells, Natasha Merrick, Kodey Griffin (Katelyn), Errick Freeman, Ryan Rhoades (Christel) and Alicia Rhoades; his great grandchildren, Naomi, Adalynn, Harlym, Violet, Easton, Ian, Bowen, Christian, Zeya, Isla, Charley and Oliver; and his sisters, Geraldine Jackson and Ruth Wininger.
