He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Sr. Werbe and Sara Werbe (Dillman). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann "Mimi" Mallica; his children, Susan Marie Werbe (Fredrick Taylor) of Indianapolis and John F. Werbe III (Haley) of Shelbyville; his brother Joseph Werbe of Indianapolis; his grandsons, John F. Werbe IV and James Michael Werbe; his sister-in-law Susan M. Mallica of Shelbyville; and also Bob Wortman of Morristown. He is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
